GROOT PERKASA conduct the design and construction of buildings up to the construction and maintenance, based on the needs of the owner of the work. The design and construction activities start from identifying the project owner’ requirements, conducting site surveys, and carrying out the engineering as well as developing cost plan.

 

Building Engineering Service will involve various professionals according to their fields of expertise, in the integration of Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. These various expertise are working together in a work rhythm that is coordinated by an experienced person in charge, in terms of system design and implementation in the field, so that any risk of failure could be reduced from the planning until construction in the site.

 

Engineering and implementation system will always be considering safety aspects and environmental impacts.
